Merry Xmas (if you celebrate that),

running TeX Live 2023 on Windows I found

...\2023\temp\updater-w32.bat

where "w32" suspiciously looks like "windows 32 bit", while TeX Live 
2023 on Windows requires a 64 bit OS version and it is now 
"...\2023\bin\windows\" instead of former "...\2022\bin\win32\".
So, for consistency and clarity it might be appropriate to update the 
name of that file (for future versions, no need to do anything to the 
current file).
