bookmark package update

Hello,

tlmgr update gifted a new version of the bookmark package, from 
repository 
https://ftp.rrzn.uni-hannover.de/pub/mirror/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet

update: bookmark [485k] (56885 -> 69058) ... done

Turns out, it is version 2020-11-06 v1.29.
But - that is not new at all. The current one is 2023-12-05 v1.30.

Something somewhere must have not gone as intended.
If it is "upstream", could it please be fixed?
If my system is faulty, I can update manually, but if everyone or at 
least more than one is affected, it might be nice to fix it.
