{In the talk, I introduce \texttt{vakthesis}, a bundle of
\LaTeX{} classes for typesetting doctoral theses according to official
requirements in Ukraine, discuss current status of the project and
future development plans. Some \LaTeX{} programming tricks that I have
studied are considered.}
