{Cloud-based \TeX\ with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration\Dash Overleaf and its technology} {Stefan Kottwitz} {Overleaf is a platform for editing and compiling \TeX\ documents with real-time preview and real-time collaboration. Thousands of \TeX\ users can work at the same time on Overleaf, each user with his own \TeX\ compilation each time his document's output is refreshed. That's secure, stable, and predictable. It is implemented using Docker containers on virtual servers, and Kubernetes is used to allocate containers to clusters of servers for scaling. This talk is an introduction to this technical background, created together with the founders of Overleaf, John Hammersley and John Lees-Miller. }
