No, I must have expressed myself mistakable, I did not want to imply
this. As I wrote I understand this is a matter of the viewers. But
they display type 1 fonts---if not CID---well. So I just wanted to
know whether XeTeX can embed OpenType fonts as normal type 1 or
anything else that is displayed well in xpdf.
