[XeTeX] Typeblock moved?

Thanks for the useful information. This is indeed what needs to be
done. I used the package ``layouts'' with pdftex to get the right
information on stocksize etc. and got: ``Stock height and width:
711.3189pt by 500.7685pt''. As 72bp=72.27pt (1pt=0.996264009963bp) this
means that the stocksize is 708.6614125896bp by 498.897628884bp. I used
these numbers with the -papersize option, which resulted in a typeblock
that was indeed placed correctly.
After ``xelatex -papersize=498.897628884,708.6614125896'' and using
layouts, the stock height and width were indeed the same as with pdftex
711.3189pt by 500.7685pt.
