51 units out of a possible 100 for cyan, 94 out of a possible 100 for yellow.
So one goes from c0 m0 y0 k0 (white) to c100 m100 y100 k100 (an impossibly wet dark black which couldn't be printed).
There's a limit on how much ink one can put down on a page (usually described as a total limit of 280 to 300% coverage --- our setting here for a rich black is c52 m40 y40 k100)
