Error: texlive-scripts package not found (?!), skipping revision consistency check

Hi Karl,
I use the Italian mirror:
https://ctan.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet

After lauching tlmgr install texlive-scripts, as Norbert suggested,
now all works.
