Windows: still 16- and 32-bit-binaries (and possibly a required Security Patch)

;-) It is true, that the "admin binaries" aren't switched to 64bit.
Indeed, we didn't look into this till now. Thanks for the reminder:

All of those are "admin" related, so yes, they need to be updated.

Yes, in the long run. But since the 32bit versions are working, and
there is not really an overhead/loss when using them, I don't see
the need to jump at it at high priority.

Not useful, since most of us are working on Linux ;-)
Fortunately, `file` already tells us 32/64 bit of Windows
binaries even on Linux.
