The owner of both folders in texlive, i.e., of "2024" and "texmf-local" is
pan (myself).

The ls-R file in texmf-local is about 6 hours old, and has the following
permissions:

owner: pan - Ven. Pandita
access: Read and write

Group: pan
access: Read and write

(others)
access: Read-only
