tl24 pretest: bug report

Furthermore, when I check the ls-R file in texmf-local, I cannot find the
biblatex.sty, even though it is there in the . . . /latex/biblatex folder.
But, I do find, in that ls-R, other files mentioned, like biblatex.pdf,
etc.
