Lualatex output not working right with synctex in TeX Live 2023 (Win)

Has anyone else looked into this? Wondering if the appropriate people
identified the problem and is working on a fix.

I recently cleaned up my system and installed Tex Live 2023 once again,
only to realize this problem exists. Going to roll back to Tex Live 2022 in
the mean time.
