Many utilities are distributed with Windows version of TL only because
they exist as packages in Linux distros. Among others, this is the
case of perl, lzdma, and ghostscript. I use ImageMagick for image
conversion which most probably exists for Windows too but it depends
on ghostscript. Installation in Windows can thus be a bit complicated.
