Greek to me

Thanks Martin,

that's it. When removing the EB Garamond from /usr/share/fonts/opentype/
and updating the systems fonts cache everything is fine.
Sorry, I did not recognize that there are some more fonts installed on this instance than Tex Live provides.

Dear Harald,

on a most recent TeX Live 2023 I have no problems. All greek letters are
there. However, there is a difference at the fonts:

Yours:
</usr/share/fonts/opentype/ebgaramond/EBGaramond08-Italic.otf></usr/share/fonts/opentype/ebgaramond/EBGaramond12-Regular.otf>

Mine:
</usr/local/texlive/2023/texmf-dist/fonts/opentype/public/ebgaramond/EBGaramond-Italic.otf>
</usr/local/texlive/2023/texmf-dist/fonts/opentype/public/ebgaramond/EBGaramond-Regular.otf>

Is there a reason why you use other fonts than the ones from TeX Live?
