Update of siunitx went wrong (probably)

After Karl's report of his return to TeX Live work yesterday, I ran an
update of TL 2023 on our local servers, and now find consistent, and
current, versioning for siunitx:

	% cat `kpsewhich siunitx.sty` | grep ProvidesExpl
	\ProvidesExplPackage {siunitx} {2023-11-06} {3.3.8}

	% tlmgr info siunitx | grep cat-version
	cat-version: 3.3.8

Others should now have similar experience.
