missing texaccents files

Hi,

I am testing all TeX Live distributed binaries and noticed the following:

1) texaccents requires the files 'delete.inc', 'host.inc', 'newline.inc',
'grepl.inc', which then require 'compiler.inc' and 'systype.inc', but all
*.inc files seem to be in the source container – can these be moved to the
runtime container?

2) typeoutfileinfo requires the package readprov (as explained in the
description) so it should depend on the fileinfo package I believe
