Hintview conundrum

Sorry, that's not true! In March, I _compiled_ 'hintview' from the 
sources in the TL source tree, but in April, the 'hintview/' 
subdirectory got purged from the source tree, with a pointer to the new 
project on Github: https://github.com/ruckertm/HINT

Just now I was able to compile 'hintview-2' from the external sources 
for my Linux box and it works nicely.

Case dismissed. Sorry for the noise!
