Ubuntu offerring TL updates

Hi,

     I have a portable installation of TL'23 on my Ubuntu machine, and 
the distribution-packaged version (the minimal one) also installed to 
keep dependencies happy. I also had the update pushed by Ubuntu.

     What I think it's happened is that Ubuntu pushed an update to apply 
the security patch to lualatex that was commented in this list a while 
ago. Normally they do not update TeXLive (especially in a LTS version), 
but I imagine that they will do an exception for security updates.
