initial error installing texlive 2023 on new Linux Manjaro

Hello;
FYI,
I just installed a brand new Linux on virtual box. And the only
thing I did after that is download install-tl-unx.tar.gz from
https://www.tug.org/texlive/acquire-netinstall.html
And run the install command as always:
gunzip install-tl-unx.tar.gz
tar -xvf install-tl-unx.tar
cd install-tl-20231211/
sudo ./install-tl
And first time I get this error

Is this to be expected? Why does this error show
up the very first time?
Again, brand new Linux manjaro, latest, fresh. TL is the
very first thing I am installing.
