Interesting, Andreas. There is no directory under
> C:\TeX\Live\2020\texmf-dist\doc\plain
correspondng to your "pwebmac", despite a forced update earlier today. I will try
again tomorrow.

Many thanks, Andreas, but until "pwebmac" makes its way into my TeX Live 2020 (full)
installation, I am stymied !
