[tex-live] Wrong Link within README of TL2008

It's obviously a hen-egg problem. When people provide documentation,
there is only tlnet/tldev and it doesn't make sense to make tlnet/2008
available before the documentation is finished.
A possible solution for all the documentation written in tex is to
move the actual link from the various .tex files to a macro package.
Then, when switching from tlnet/tldev to tlnet/2008 it's sufficient to
change a macro and run pdftex/tex4ht once more. I personally prefer
not to do such things manually but writing a script instead. This
script could modify links in README files too.
I add this issue to my TODO list. Thanks for reporting the problem.
