[tex-k] Newly introduced overfull line in tangle.pdf

The version 4.6 file "tangle.pdf", a March 17, 2021 copy of which I just found at

  <https://ctan.math.illinois.edu/info/knuth-pdf/web/tangle.pdf>

has a black overfull line indicator in Section 70 ("Tokens") on page 147.

Same thing is true for the same version 4.6 file at

  <https://texdoc.org/serve/tangle.pdf/0>

So when did this overfull line start occurring, and more importantly, why?  I don't think there's been a change to this paragraph's text in many years (though I could be wrong).
