[tex-k] Incorrect sizes in GFtoDVI output

> Indeed, the problem is in dvitype.

If we use `-output-level=0' option for dvitype, then output for both
TeX and GFtoDVI is OK.
See attachment. For other `output-level' values strange things start
to happen for GFtoDVI's output.
