[OS X TeX] paths in input & include

This is still a question about "paths in include" so I hope it is the 
right thread to ask.

I have the following:

Superfolder
    FolderA
       File1
    FolderB
       File2

In File1, I want to include File2.

What should be the path?

(I tried various things based on what I learned here about paths for 
\includegraphics but it does not seem to work and Companion2ed doesn't say.)
