That's easy: in pdfTeX you can't use EPS files. You can convert them  
to PDF, for example by dropping them onto TeXShop. If your (La)TeX  
code is not optimal and does include <file name>.<ext> you need to  
remove the .<ext> part from the names of the included graphics files.
