[OS X TeX] how to use BibTeX with TeXshop ?

I want to compile a LaTeX file
with bibliography
with TeXshop.

So I need BibTeX (renamed BibDesk),
but I do not know how to use it.

Can anyone telle me :

--- how and where intall BibTeX,

--- where to put the bst files,

--- how to use BibTeX.
